HKMU secures HK$22 million in ESGS funding to establish “Flight Simulation Laboratory” to nurture aviation talent

This will make HKMU the first higher education institution in Hong Kong to feature a professional-grade flight simulator, supporting the development of Hong Kong’s aviation industry.

Successful conclusion of HKMU Hackathon 2026

Featuring the themes “Smart Digital Property Management” and “Pet Health and Wellness”, the two-day competition attracted participation from over 100 students, who showcased their innovative ideas to address real-world industry challenges. 

HKMU scholar awarded Fellowship by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland

Prof. Janet Wong Yuen-ha, Dean and Professor of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences at HKMU, was awarded the Fellowship by Examination of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, in recognition of her outstanding achievements and contributions in nursing field.
